Does Your Business Have Drivers? Part 6 Conversion Not sure why business owners and healthcare people in general feel as though this is a BAD word? When you have someone interested in you, your business/practice and you need to take them from a prospect to a patient/client/customer, you must convert them – pretty simple. It's just a sales process that we go through and regardless of it being a healthcare business or a donut shop, you must convert them to a buyer versus a prospect. So what do you do in your business to CONVERT a prospect to a new patient or client or customer? If you have your Foundation in place (Part 1-3) and you begin to build the funnel to DRIVE them into the business (Part 4-6) what are you doing or what do you use to convert them? Not sure why business owners and healthcare people, in general, feel as though this is a BAD word?
